The HealthCompany Staff Portal is your central hub for internal tools, resources, and communications. From submitting leave requests to accessing clinical applications, the portal is designed to make your workday easier.
What You Can Do in the Portal
- Access HR tools (leave requests, payslips)
- Launch clinical and non-clinical systems (EMR, Telehealth, Pathology)
- Read internal announcements and memos
- Submit IT or facilities support requests
- Browse the internal knowledge base
🔑 Step-by-Step: Logging into the Staff Portal
- Visit the Portal Website
- Login Using Your Credentials
- Username: Your work email address
- Password: Your HealthCompany account password
- Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- If prompted, enter the verification code sent to your mobile device or email
- If you haven’t set up MFA, follow the MFA Setup Guide
- Explore the Dashboard
Once logged in, you’ll see dashboard tiles for:- Clinical Systems (EMR, ePrescribing, Imaging)
- HR Tools (Leave, Payroll)
- Support (IT, Facilities)
- Announcements
- Bookmarked Resources
