🔁 Forgotten Password: How to Reset It
- Go to the Password Reset Portal
Visit: reset.healthcompany.com - Enter your HealthCompany Email Address
Example:jane.smith@healthcompany.org - Follow the Instructions Sent to Your Email
- You'll receive a reset link within 2 minutes.
- Click the link and create a new password.
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, with a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
- Log Back Into Your Account
- Try logging into the system that initially locked you out (e.g., Staff Portal, Outlook, EMR).
