If you experience problems during your Telehealth sessions, this guide provides quick fixes for the most common issues.
Issue 1: No Audio or Video During Call
- Check that your camera and microphone are selected correctly in the Telehealth app settings.
- Ensure your device's privacy settings allow camera and microphone access.
- Restart the Telehealth app and try reconnecting.
- If using an external webcam or headset, confirm they are properly plugged in.
Issue 2: Call Drops or Poor Video Quality
- Verify your internet connection is stable and meets the minimum speed requirements.
- Switch from Wi-Fi to a wired Ethernet connection if possible.
- Close other apps that may be using bandwidth.
Issue 3: Unable to Log In to Telehealth App
- Double-check your username and password.
- If you forgot your password, use the password reset option on the login screen.
- Contact IT support if your account is locked or you don’t have access.
