If your team is relocating, expanding, or setting up a new space, this guide outlines how to request IT and facility support to get your clinic or office operational.
Step 1: Submit a Setup Request
- Go to the Help Center and click Submit a Request
- Choose the category: Equipment & Facilities > Office & Clinic Setup
- Fill in the form with details:
- Location (building, floor, room)
- Date needed by
- Team/Department
- Number of workstations
- Any special equipment or devices required
Step 2: What’s Included in a Standard Setup
- Furniture placement (desks, chairs, storage)
- PCs, monitors, and peripherals
- Phone setup (desk phones or softphones)
- Printer/scanner installation
- Network access (Wi-Fi or wired)
- Basic signage if required
Step 3: Timeline and Confirmation
- A member of the Facilities or IT team will contact you within 2 business days to confirm details
- Most setups are completed within 5–10 working days, depending on complexity and equipment availability
- You’ll receive a confirmation once the space is ready
