Need to rearrange desks, move equipment, or change the layout of a treatment room or office? Here's how to request changes to your current setup.
When to Use This Guide
- Relocating desks or computers
- Adding or removing workstations
- Updating signage
- Adjusting the room layout for workflow improvements
How to Submit a Modification Request
- Go to the Help Center
- Select: Equipment & Facilities > Office & Clinic Setup
- In the ticket:
- Describe the existing setup
- Clearly outline the requested changes
- Attach any photos, diagrams, or floor plans (optional but helpful)
- Include your preferred timing
What the Team Will Do
- Review the space for safety, network access, and power requirements
- Provide recommendations if needed
- Schedule a time for the work
- Confirm when the change is complete
Note:
IT and Facilities teams may need up to 7 business days to process requests, depending on workload and scope.
