Setup Requirements
- Device Registration
- All iPads/tablets must be registered with IT
- Devices should be named using the standard format:
Dept_Room_DeviceID
- Apps & Configuration

Best Practices During Use
- Use device stands to prevent hand fatigue and allow for hands-free operation
- Enable guided access mode to lock the device to a single app when needed
- Log out of apps when finished or stepping away
- Clean and dock the tablet at the end of every shift
Security Note:
If a device is lost or stolen, report it immediately via the Help Center > Lost Equipment so it can be remotely locked and wiped.
