Forgot your badge at home or waiting for a replacement? You can request a temporary access badge to ensure continued access to your assigned areas.
Who Can Request This
- Staff awaiting issuance of a new/replacement badge
- Staff who left their badge at home
- Contractors or visitors with manager-approved short-term access
How to Get a Temporary Badge
- Visit the Front Desk or Admin Office
- Present a valid photo ID (e.g., driver's license or passport)
- Complete the Temporary Access Form
- Access Scope
- Temporary badges provide limited access to essential work areas only
- These badges expire at the end of the shift/day unless renewed
- Badge Return
- Must be returned to the same desk or office by the end of the day
- Failure to return a badge may result in access restrictions
Important Notes
- Three-time limit per quarter for temporary badges
- Repeated use may trigger an access review
- Temporary badges do not permit access to medication rooms or high-security zones
