Overview
If you need access to systems such as the Electronic Medical Records (EMR), HR platforms, finance tools, or rostering apps, follow the steps below to submit a request through the appropriate channels.
When to Use This Guide
- You're a new starter and need access to your assigned systems
- You’re transitioning to a new role or department
- You need additional access to perform new tasks or duties
How to Request Access
- Go to the Access Request Form
- Navigate to Help Center > System & Application Access
- Select “Submit Access Request”
- Choose the Required Systems
- Tick all systems you require (e.g., EMR, HR Portal, FinanceOne, HealthRoster)
- Provide justification for each (e.g., clinical role, reporting duties)
- Manager Approval
- Your request will be sent to your line manager
- IT will not proceed until the request is approved
- Access Provisioning
- Once approved, access is typically granted within 1–3 business days
- You’ll receive confirmation and login instructions via email
