Steps to Access Systems Remotely
- Request Remote Access
- Submit a request via Help Center > System & Application Access
- Choose "Remote Access – Secure Gateway"
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for setup
- Install the Secure Gateway Client
- Download the HealthCompany Secure Gateway Client (link provided after approval)
- Follow the installation guide included in your approval email
- Connect and Login
- Open the Secure Gateway
- Use your HealthCompany credentials (with multi-factor authentication)
- Launch the apps from the virtual desktop interface
